Sony launches HT-G700 sound bar with built-in amplifier
Sony has introduced a new HT-G700 sound bar for home theater users who are pursuing 7.1.2 surround sound. It is equipped with three front speakers and “vertical” audio online technology. In terms of appearance, the HT-G700 uses a classic bar design that can be placed under most TVs. If there is enough space, you can also add bass extension. In addition, for home theater applications, the HT-G700 also optimizes the center speaker to help viewers hear the dialogue of the characters in the video without losing other details.

Sony provides a variety of preset modes for the HT-G700, including home theater, theater, music, and night and news modes that can clearly convey human voices at low volumes.
In terms of interface, the HT-G700 supports HDMI input / output, supplemented by TV IN optical port and Bluetooth wireless connection. The hardware part provides 3.1 channel audio, but the built-in amplifier can be easily expanded to 7.1.2.

The audio enhancement button also adopts the immersive design integrated into the shell, which can easily trigger Dolby Atmos, DTS: X, vertical surround engine, S-Force Pro front surround technology, which has S-Master digital power amplifier.
The sound bar has a digital amplifier and an S-Master amplifier, and weighs slightly less than 8 lbs (about 3.6 kg), which is about half of the subwoofer.
In addition, the Sony HT-G700 soundbar supports 4K HDR 18Gbps pass-through, HDCP2.2 / HDCP2.3, HDR10, Hybrid Log Gamma, and Dolby Vision.
