1.Be sure to spread tin on the new solder tip before use. It can keep the tip away from oxidation and rust which will make tin not stick to the tip.
2.When common welding, adjust the temperature between 250-350°C. While special welding ,the temperature will be higher, so please note that immediately adjust the temperature back to 250-350°C after welding .Otherwise,it is easy to damage solder station and tip.
3.Please clean the solder tip with the wet sponge after working.Then spread tin on the solder tip to keep it from becoming black ,and extend its service life.
4.BEST solder tip is the first gold-plated solder tip in China. After national testing, it has been proved that the inoxidizability of its surface is aboue 5 times of the traditional ones',and its service life is above 10 times of others' in China
